Seasoned property developer Harry Reed is looking forward to launching an exciting new development in Buderim as his vision to create the ultimate Buderim enclave becomes a reality.
Managing Director of HMR Projects Mr Reed believes those who love to call Buderim home have limited access to centrally located, premium freehold homes that are a sound investment and offer low maintenance, lock-up-and leave potential without high ongoing body corporate costs.
“For over ten years I have been looking for the right parcel of land to create something that I believe will appeal to most Buderim residents,” said Mr Reed.
“Many of my family members and friends call Buderim home and what they love is the access to one of the Coast’s most popular shopping villages; the green, leafy aspect of an established suburb; residential homes as opposed to apartment living; and the fantastic sense of community that Buderim offers.”
“What I really wanted was a sizeable, level block that was walking distance from the village ― which is certainly not an easy task in Buderim!”
“We had already enjoyed success close by when we developed Aspects on Buderim in 2015, however the block was more suited to apartments than individual homes. What this development did confirm, was the real appetite in the local market for new, premium residences; given both million-dollar penthouses were snapped up in matter of weeks and the remaining apartments sold out soon after.”
“The vision was therefore still to find the space to build freestanding, freehold homes where we could build a range of beautiful homes with an integrated design, and without the ongoing burden of high body corporates. I was therefore delighted when the perfect block came onto the market recently. I knew it would be a very long time before I’d see another opportunity like this.”
The 1.2-hectare block is in one of Buderim’s highly sought-after tree-lined streets and Mr Reed is looking forward to revealing his plans for the property in the next few weeks.
“Our plans are to develop something contemporary and sophisticated while retaining the welcoming feel of the surrounding leafy Buderim streets. It would be easy to fill such premium land with townhouses or apartments to maximise profits but that’s not what we’re about ― we want to create something special,” said Mr Reed.
“We’re very focussed on designing floorplans that take advantage of the north-facing aspect and create liveable spaces perfect for entertaining, with integrated indoor/outdoor areas given our great sub-tropical climate.”
All will be revealed when the development is officially launched in the first week of May. To make an enquiry, call Ray White Buderim’s Lew Pottinger on 0419 788 547 or Judy Wild on 0419 798 905.
Ends.
