Vue sell-out!

Vue sell-out!

March 23, 2011

Recent reports that the Cairns property market is alive and well even after the impact of Yasi, are supported by today’s announcement that the last of the Vue development at Trinity Beach has been sold-out. Vue which featured 55 waterfront apartments has had great appeal to the owner-occupier market, especially given the spacious floor plans and superior design.

The sale of the luxury apartments at Trinity Beach ranged in price from the high $400K to $1 million and it came as no surprise to Which Property? Sales Manager, Peter Shervey, who always believed they represented exceptional value for money in the top-end of the market.

“There are great bargains out there for those shrewd purchasers who have taken their time to take advantage of price reductions like we haven’t seen in decades,” said Mr Shervey.

“When we took on Vue we were confident they’d move even though they were in the luxury end of the market. When determining whether a property will sell especially in a slow-moving market, we evaluate it according to our strict criteria of location, design, build quality, tenantability and return on investment as that’s what gets buyers to the table. Vue ticked all these boxes and more.”

“With the difficult global climate, Vue offered these buyers the opportunity to buy an apartment in a stunning development at a price you could only dream of a few years ago,” said Mr Shervey.

Vue, located in Moore Street comprises of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments boasting direct beach access, an award-winning swimming pool, exceptionally spacious designs and state-of-the-art features and fittings.

Ends.
