Trinity Cove bucks the trend

If sales at Trinity Cove are anything to go by, apartment sales in Cairns will continue to buck the Queensland trend with 30 apartments settling in the past 15 months and another six under contract.

Only eight 2 bedroom apartments remain for sale and there are currently no vacancies in the letting pool, reflecting findings in a recent report by Rick Carr from Herron Todd White that vacancies in Cairns are down to a low 2.9 per cent.
