Buderim is set to welcome a brand new collection of six luxury terrace homes, with developer HMR Projects today unveiling The Terraces at Sage Landing, following the success of the first stage of the boutique enclave.

HMR Projects Director Ken Reed said twelve of the 13 house and land packages in the first release had already been sold with construction commencing earlier this month, so he expected a very positive response to this final release of six exclusive terrace homes.

“The Terraces maintains all the character and quality associated with Sage Landing, while this release has the added benefit of being a private, gated community,” Mr Reed said.

“With so many couples living in large family homes or on acreage in Buderim, we’ve found there is certainly a demand for smaller, freehold dwellings as a number of these residents look to downsize. Whether they are newly retired, or the kids have started high school or university and no longer need expansive gardens, with an average size of more than 200m² these homes don’t compromise on space but require very little in terms of ongoing maintenance.”

“Each three-bedroom, two-bathroom home has been thoughtfully designed offering two spacious living areas, 2.7m ceilings, internal light-filled courtyards and a chef’s kitchen featuring European appliances.”

“Lifestyle and convenience have proved to be two key considerations for buyers at Sage Landing to date, so these two-storey homes have been designed to appeal to those who enjoy hosting family and friends.”

“The development’s close proximity to Buderim’s acclaimed cafes and shops certainly makes it an attractive option for those who like to be in the heart of the action, and the quiet, leafy surrounds afford privacy and tranquility for those seeking a home to relax and unwind.”

Ray White Buderim Real Estate Agent Lew Pottinger said if the success of the initial Sage Landing release was anything to go by, he expected the terrace homes would be snapped up quickly.

“90 per cent of the first release of Sage Landing homes were sold prior to the commencement of construction, and we’ve been overwhelmed by the positive response to this development,” he said.

“It’s not every day you find freehold, level lots within walking distance of Buderim village, so we anticipate demand will be strong now the final stage has been released to market.”

The Terraces at Sage Landing incorporates six two-storey terrace homes within a boutique, gated community. Lot sizes range from 174m2-252m2, with the homes incorporating ducted air conditioning, double lock-up garages, nbn connectivity and spacious north facing entertainment areas.
