Sunland Group breaks ground at Peregian

May 31, 2012

Sunland Group celebrated breaking ground at its $83 million residential development ‘The Pavilions’ at Peregian Springs today, after strong interest from buyers in the first half of the year.

Sunland Group Managing Director, Sahba Abedian says the milestone marks the start of the group’s long-term commitment to the Sunshine Coast, which he believes is entering a high growth phase in coming years.

“The opportunities that lay ahead for the Coast are very encouraging with forecasts anticipating more than $142 billion in growth for the region in the eight years to 2020, including a number of major infrastructure projects enhancing health, travel and leisure services,” said Mr Abedian.

“In addition, we believe the region’s increased attractiveness as a fly-in-fly-out destination for mining companies thanks to its central location and the exceptional lifestyle it offers, all make for a very positive future for the region.”

“Understandably this growth will put pressure on the housing market so we are delighted to commence construction at ‘The Pavilions’ today giving residents the chance to secure exceptionally designed homes in a very desirable location at great value for money.”

The high-profile developer may be known for bringing the Gold Coast icons such as Q1 and Palazzo Versace, but for ‘The Pavilions’ Sunland Group has drawn on its experience in building award-winning residential developments with the homes set to blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape and The Ridges precinct.

Stage One comprises of 18 double-storey duplexes and two luxurious free-standing residences with access to a private pool, tennis clubhouse and barbecue areas.

“These amenities will mean our purchasers are not only investing in a home – but a lifestyle as well,” said Mr Abedian.

“With prices starting from just $398,000 for three-bedroom townhomes, these residences offer exceptional value. We don’t underestimate the importance in offering buyers a home that not only meets their family’s needs, but also contributes towards the great quality of life the Sunshine Coast offers.

The Pavilions overlooks the Noosa National Park and is walking distance from the local Coles, medical centre, first class educational facilities, cafes and restaurants and landscaped walking paths and nature trails.

Sunland is confident in the Sunshine Coast’s growth in the coming years and given ‘The Pavilions’ prime location, innovative designs and competitive price we anticipate buyers will capitalise on that growth by investing now.

Sunland’s display home at ‘The Pavilions’ is open seven days a week from 10am to 4pm on the corner of Peregian Springs Drive and Ridgeview Drive, Peregian Springs.

Please call Dianne or Christine at the display office on 1300 006 670 for more details.
