Stockland has launched its latest land release on the Sunshine Coast, Acacia at Aura – The Coppice Release, offering 21 new home sites within the Stockland Aura masterplanned community.

The home sites in The Coppice Release are conveniently located near a proposed sports park and community centre, with residents able to take advantage of the extensive network of more than 200 kilometres of planned walking paths and cycleways within Aura.

Stockland Aura Senior Development Manager, Genaea Keith said this second release of lots within Acacia at Aura presents buyers with affordable housing options on the Sunshine Coast.

“The diverse range of lot sizes and affordable pricing options provides an opportunity for those- looking to experience the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. We expect strong interest in this much-anticipated release,” Ms Keith said.

“Aura’s extensive range of housing options, from highly affordable entry level terrace homes to family-sized house and land packages, makes it desirable to a full spectrum of buyers, including young professionals, growing families and retirees.”

Acacia at Aura is located in the suburb of Banya, which on completion is expected to include approximately 1,300 homes.

Lots in The Coppice Release – located on Coppice Crescent and Dune Way in Banya – range from 280 square metres to 620 square metres.

Adjoining the Bells Creek conservation area, nature is at the heart of the community’s design, with this precinct offering residents access to parklands and the longest continuous frontage to Bells Creek within Aura.

The Stockland Aura Sales and Vision Centre located at 1 Tucker Street, Bells Creek is open from 10am – 5pm daily.
