Price joins Reed Property Group sales team

June 11, 2014

One of Queensland’s most respected property developers, Reed Property Group, has today announced the recent appointment of Sales Executive Cathie Price.

Ms Price will manage sales for a newly-launched boutique subdivision at Sippy Downs, Flame Tree Pocket, which is set to incorporate 160 residential lots on completion.

Reed Property Group Managing Director Ken Reed said he was delighted to welcome Ms Price to the team and was confident she would bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the role.

“Cathie has an impressive 16-year track record in the development industry having previously worked for Lend Lease on the award-winning Twin Waters residential development and The Coolum Residences at Yaroomba,” Mr Reed said.

“Cathie is a great addition to our team and her thorough understanding of the Sunshine Coast market will be of great value.”

Ms Price said she was excited about her appointment and looked forward to seeing Flame Tree Pocket come to life with the official release to market only weeks away.

“It’s always good to come on board with project sales from the outset as you get to see a project through from conception to completion,” Ms Price said.

“Flame Tree Pocket is based in such a beautiful setting and we get the opportunity to create a community that combines the best of the surrounding natural environment with easy access to nearby amenities.”

Stage One of Flame Tree Pocket includes 44 lots and is located on the corner of University Way and Red Cedar Street (off Claymore Road) — just a short distance from local schools, shops and transport links, as well as the University of the Sunshine Coast and the many nearby Sunshine Coast beaches.

The new development will offer various allotment sizes, with vacant land starting from $155,000 and house and land packages priced from $320,000.
