Stockland’s Kinma Valley Display Village in Morayfield will officially open next month, with the now-completed village becoming the largest of its kind in Moreton Bay, showcasing 34 homes from 17 builders.

To mark the official opening, Stockland will host a series of free family-friendly events across three Saturdays in February– 7, 14 and 21 February from 10am to 1pm – inviting locals to explore the display homes, meet builders and enjoy live entertainment, kids’ activities, competitions and food in a relaxed community setting.

Spanning 30,000 square metres, the now fully completed display village features 22 single-storey and 12 double-storey homes, giving buyers the opportunity to compare home designs and price points side by side in one convenient location.

Stockland Project Director Rob Winters said the completed display village reflects strong buyer interest in the fast-growing Moreton Bay region.

“Now that all 34 homes are open, this is a real milestone for Kinma Valley and for local buyers,” Mr Winters said.

“Being able to walk through such a wide range of homes – from compact 205sqm layouts through to large 520sqm family homes – helps people make confident decisions about what suits their lifestyle, budget and future plans.”

The homes on display showcase lifestyle features such as flexible living zones, kids’ retreats, butler’s pantries, media rooms and integrated alfresco spaces, with many homes also built to meet the National Construction Code seven-star energy efficiency standard.

Mr Winters said display villages continue to play an important role for buyers navigating the current housing market, as more people seek modern homes designed for flexibility, comfort and improved energy efficiency.

“Seeing these layouts, design features and sustainability measures in person helps buyers understand how a new home can work for their lifestyle, both now and into the future,” Mr Winters said.

“The Kinma Valley Display Village brings together a wide range of contemporary designs in one location, allowing buyers to compare options and make informed decisions, which is reflected in the strong visitation we continue to see.”

Located at 1 Morinda Circuit, Morayfield, the display village is open daily from 10am to 5pm, with the February Saturday events offering a limited-time opportunity for families to explore the homes while enjoying free entertainment in the community.

New homesites at Kinma Valley will continue to be released throughout 2026, with future milestones including the opening of a sales and information centre and an architecturally renovated existing homestead, scheduled to open in the coming months.
