Internationally awarded photographer celebrates Coast studio launch

January 20, 2011

Having taken home almost 20 national and international awards in the past three years, and being recognised as one of Australia’s Top 10 Wedding Photographers, Robeccer McLean has returned to the Sunshine Coast and will celebrate the opening of her studio in Mooloolaba on Thursday, January 20.

Robeccer, owner and principal photographer of Adori Studios, has been based in Canberra for the past six years travelling extensively across Australia and internationally as she built the destination side of her business.

“I feel very fortunate that bringing my family back home means the opportunity to relocate my studio to one of Australia’s premier wedding destinations, offering some of the most picturesque backdrops in the country,” says Robeccer who specialises in wedding photography and boutique portraiture.

“If you’re a photographer the Sunshine Coast is an exciting place to be boasting good weather, excellent locations and a team of very professional wedding service providers who I look forward to working with going forward.”

Robeccer has trained with some of the biggest names in the professional photography industry including highly acclaimed Australian Yervant, Canadian inspiration Jesh De Rox and portraiture specialist, Sue Bryce.

She attributes her success to her motto ‘enter as strangers – leave as friends’ and her ability to connect with her clients and to comfortably build the intimacy that good photography requires.

“To get those truly amazing images my clients need to be absolutely comfortable with me and the only way to achieve this is for me to know a bit about them and them to know a bit about me. They’re not buying a commodity but someone who can inconspicuously capture some of the most special moments they will ever experience,” says Robeccer.

“I believe in providing a quality experience and a quality outcome and take great pleasure in sourcing the best Australian made products to complement my photography as well as handmade Italian albums and metal prints and albums from the US.”
The studio is located at Suite 1, 20 Walan Street, Mooloolaba

Ends.
