Following months of anticipation, the luxury First Bay Coolum development officially launched today.
Sales Agent Todd McKee of McGrath Estate Agents said more than 180 expressions of interest had been lodged in recent weeks, with prospective buyers eager to get a glimpse of the architecturally designed building plans.
