Exceptional sales prompt launch of next stage

March 26, 2014

Award-winning Brisbane developer Turrisi Properties today announced the launch of Stage 3 of Kula at Mt Coolum well ahead of schedule, thanks to exceptional sales in Stage 2 which was launched only a few weeks prior to Christmas.

Turrisi Properties Development Manager, Will Hancock said the overwhelming response to Stage 2 prompted the fast tracking of Stage 3, which will feature a further 10 two- and three-bedroom townhouses.

“Sales in Stage 2 exceeded all expectations with the two- and three-bedrooms townhouses selling within weeks of going to market, which is a great indication of the continued growth in the Sunshine Coast property market,” Mr Hancock said.

“We are delighted that construction of Stage 3 will commence in early April and are confident in strong sales based on the demand we experienced over the past few months. It’s a true indication that the property market on the Sunshine Coast is sustaining its recent momentum.”

“Kula at Mt Coolum definitely ticks a lot of boxes for buyers with most sales in Stage 2 being to owner-occupiers who liked the long-term residential feel and sense of community that Kula offers. Buyers also appreciated the contemporary beachside architecture, not to mention the fact that you can walk to the beach in three minutes.”

Realising they were onto a winning formula, Turrisi Properties has once again used designs from award-winning Base Architecture for Stage 3 featuring open plan living, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, stone bench tops, air-conditioning, secure car accommodation and private landscaped courtyards.

Stage 3 buyers will also benefit from a few extra features such as polished timber stairs and varied roof lines which will give the townhouses a slight point of difference from Stage 2.

“We are looking forward to Stage 2 residents moving in at the start of April and anticipate completion of Stage 3 by August this year.”

Prices range from $390,000 to $395,000 for two-bedroom townhouses and between $435,000 and $465,000 for three-bedroom townhouses.

A fully furnished display is available for inspection. Contact Trish Lind on 0402 886 959 or visit www.kula.com.au for more information.
