Ausmar display home up for state award this weekend

September 26, 2012

After taking home three awards at last weekend’s Sunshine Coast HIA awards, Ausmar Homes is hoping to up the ante this Friday by taking home Master Builders Association ‘Queensland Display Home of the Year (up to $275,000)’ for their display home at The Aspect in Gympie.

The Sunshine Coast-based builder continues to fill the trophy cupboard with over 40 awards behind their name including local, state and national awards.

Ausmar Director, Tony Bryan, said the team was still celebrating last weekend’s win and the addition of another state award this weekend would be the cherry on the top.

“We are very proud of our ‘Camden’ display home in Gympie and it’s one of the most popular homes in the new range of plans we launched recently,” said Tony.

“We work very hard to develop plans that address all the criteria important to those building a home such as space optimisation, innovative design, consideration of block size and liveability. Taking home the state award which recognises these criteria would be a great honour.”

The 2012 Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards will be held at the Sofitel Brisbane this Friday night.

Ausmar Homes will open its Bells Reach display home this week and continues to offer a free design service for those looking to build a new home. For more information please visit www.ausmarhomes.com.au or call 5442 6413.

Ends.
