Stockland launches two new Halcyon land lease communities south of Brisbane

Stockland has launched Halcyon Vista and Halcyon Edgebrook, two new land lease communities in the Logan region, providing those over 50 with low-maintenance, easy living in thoughtfully designed turnkey homes.

Halcyon Vista is a boutique community located in Logan Village and comprises 161 homes, and homeowners can expect to move in early 2025. Halcyon Edgebrook is located nearby in Eagleby and includes 318 homes with homeowners expected to move in before mid-2025.

Both communities follow the success of Halcyon Rise, Stockland’s first land lease community in the Logan area, in Logan Reserve.
