Travis Schultz & Partners is strengthening its presence on the Gold Coast by opening a new office in Southport and expanding its team to meet the growing demand for the firm’s industry leading personal injury expertise.

As the Gold Coast continues to experience rapid growth, particularly in construction, health, and retail industries, the need for specialised compensation law services has also surged and driven the firm’s decision to enhance its local presence.

Travis Schultz, Managing Partner of Travis Schultz & Partners, says that having supported the region for several years, they have seen a growing interest in the firm’s specialist expertise and values-driven approach to fairness and community.

“The expanding construction sector, along with the Gold Coast’s rising population, has inevitably led to more workplace and road accidents. Alongside the complexity of insurance schemes, this has driven a substantial rise in demand for our expertise,” Mr Schultz said.

“Our decision to expand on the Gold Coast is a direct response to the current market conditions and the heightened demand for an industry leading legal expertise, offered with a fee structure significantly lower than that of corporate firms.

“Our growth reflects our commitment to offering a distinctive legal service that prioritises the quality of outcomes over case volume while ensuring our clients retain the majority of their settlements.

“We believe in meaningful community engagement and truly listening to our clients’ stories. Our clients value the personalised, community-focused approach we offer, and this expansion allows us to maintain that standard in a rapidly growing region.”

Mr Schultz adds that this expansion is aligned with the firm’s commitment to providing fair representation across Queensland, with a focus on localised services that meet the specific needs of growing communities.

The expanded Gold Coast presence is strengthened by the addition of experienced legal professional, Nickelle Morris, who joins and Karla Macpherson.

Nickelle Morris, an Accredited Specialist with extensive experience in complex personal injury claims, says joining the Travis Schultz & Partners team was a case of value-alignment.

“I chose to join Travis Schultz & Partners because of their proven expertise, and commitment to supporting clients throughout their recovery, which aligns with my own professional values,” Ms Morris said.

“I am looking forward to working alongside Karla Macpherson who has already made a significant impact in our Brisbane and Gold Coast locations with her client-focused approach.”

Travis Schultz & Partners is in its seventh year with over 70 staff in Queensland across four offices. The Southport office covers all areas of compensation law, including workers’ compensation, public liability, and motor vehicle Compulsory Third-Party claims.

Located at 289 Ferry Road, Southport, the new office has convenient access and parking. Phone: (07) 5512 6149 or visit schultzlaw.com.au
