Stockland’s Yarrabilba community is progressing with a new retail precinct now under construction, alongside a mixed-use apartment development expected to commence shortly.

Located at Dixon Circuit, the retail precinct will be a major convenience and service hub with confirmed tenants including Hungry Jack’s, Guzman y Gomez, Subway and JAX Tyres & Auto.

The precinct will feature approximately 8,000 square metres of lettable space across food, dining, showroom and indoor recreation, supported by 287 on-site car parks.

Construction is underway on Stage 1, which will deliver food and service retail and is expected to be operational in later 2026. A dedicated bulky goods retail offering will follow as part of Stage 2, with further tenant announcements to come.

MountView, a new apartment development to be delivered by Radiance Spaces, introduces premium apartment living to Yarrabilba for the first time.

Located at the entrance to the Yarrabilba community, MountView combines ground-floor food and retail with three levels of contemporary apartments above. Apartments are selling off-the-plan, with construction due to commence in 2026 and an expected build time of 18-24 months.

Stockland Senior Development Manager, Andrew Erzetich said these projects mark a significant milestone for Yarrabilba.

“We’re pleased to see the Dixon Circuit retail precinct start to take shape – it’s a major milestone for our Yarrabilba community,” Mr Erzetich said.

“These additions will bring more food, dining and service options to the community, while MountView introduces a way of living that reflects Yarrabilba’s growth and diversity of housing.

“The progress we’re making reflects our commitment to delivering vibrant communities with a truly connected and convenient lifestyle.”

House and land packages in the Yarrabilba community start from $769,900 and land lots from $409,900. For more information, visit: https://www.stockland.com.au/residential/qld/yarrabilba
