How to stop thinking!
1 March
Spirituality and education expert, Dr Farvardin Daliri OAM is conducting a series of workshops in Brisbane and Byron Bay over the coming weeks entitled, ‘I think I should not think’, to assist people in gaining full control of their mind and processing the thousands of messages that bombard us on a daily basis.
Persian-born Dr Daliri, brings a wealth of experiences and findings into the workshops and believes it is only when you learn to control your mind and live in the present that you can truly learn to stop over-thinking every part of your life.
“So many of us take on too much, think too much, worry too much and live beyond our mental means. Everyone can relate to that in today’s busy world,” says Dr Daliri.
“Marketing experts estimate we are exposed to over 5,000 advertising messages a day and that doesn’t include messages from our family, colleagues, clients or social networks, so how can we expect to deal with the overload and still make rational decisions?”
Dr Daliri, has spent the last 30 years travelling the world studying the works of spiritual leaders such as Dalai Lama, Mooji, Ekart Tole, Sri Ramana Maharishi and Abdul Baha. His extensive experiences are shared in these practical and hands-on workshops where he addresses how participants can ‘switch off life’s auto-pilot’ and live in the present with joy, peace and gratitude.
“I recently hosted a workshop for a group of doctors who found it particularly hard to switch between the treatments of individual patients. Working through controlling their thought processes and applying my techniques gave them more focus and a calmer mind,” explained Dr Daliri.
“What is unique about my work is that from one common stand point I bring three areas of knowledge together which has never happened before. Free will and destiny is addressed and resolved within this workshop as are the theories of general relativity, quantum mechanics and personal enlightenment or spirituality,” said Dr Daliri.
Workshop participants are stepped through a process of compartmentalising and identification of emotions and emotional processes, releasing their spiritual self from the social conditioning that many of us have fallen into.
“People are amazed by the immediate empowerment they feel when learning these easy tips that help them take control of their mind, its background commentary and their emotions,” said Dr Daliri.
The workshops are generating a great deal of interest and limited places are still available. Registrations can be made by calling Lida 0414804322 or Farvardin 0414356875 email Farvardin.Daliri@bigpond.com
