Stockland has announced the launch of its new premium precinct, The Avenues, located in Stockland Aura on the Sunshine Coast, offering more than 150 high-end homes on generous lots and adjacent to the northern Bells Creek Conservation Area.

Stockland worked with award-winning design and planning firm, Urbis, on the design of The Avenues precinct.
Matthew Franzmann, a director of Urbis with more than 25 years of experience as a landscape architect, said the vision for The Avenues is to take residential precincts to another level.
“To do this, we have expanded the landscape experience, used colour to provide definition and made it feel spacious with a clearly defined character,” explained Mr Franzmann.
“It’s going to be a lovely place to live, and we look forward to seeing this exciting project become a reality.”
The Avenues will benefit from Aura’s extensive network of walking and bike paths as well as The Arboretum, a future park with green open spaces looking out onto the Bells Creek Conservation Area.
